Ruri Rocks
Ruri Rocks is a short (single-season) anime about a girl named Ruri, who befriends a mineralogist named Nagi. The show is beautifully-animated, and Ruri's character development is really cool to see!
Azumanga Daioh
Azumanga Daioh is a comedic slice-of-life about a group of high-school girls. Despite being one of the earlier slice-of-life anime, it is still one of the best in its class, and is famous for its incredible lineup of characters (Sakaki my beloved).
Bocchi The Rock
Another comedic slice-of-life about high-school girls, except they're in a band as well. The characters are all incredible - Bocchi is relatable and funny, Kita is fun and cheerful, Ryo is a chill introvert, and Nijika holds the group together.
I'm in Love with the Villainess
A cute yuri isekai about a girl named Rae Taylor who ends up in a dating sim, and tries to date the spoiled noblewoman instead of the princes. Funny, exceptionally gay right off the bat, and Rae Taylor is a really fun character (I love her).
100 Girlfriends
I would not blame you for thinking upon first glance that this anime sounds horrible (I did myself), but it surprised me with how good it actually was. 100 Girlfriends is a harem parody anime about a boy named Rentaro who is destined to have 100 soulmates. What makes this work is that every character is compelling - Rentaro is a genuinely good person, and every girlfriend is a unique character with their own arc.
Ranma 1/2 (remake)

Ranma 1/2 is a comedy martial arts anime about a teenage boy, Ranma, who turns into a girl when splashed with cold water (lucky). While the 2024 version is not the first anime this story has got, the original anime had major issues with pacing and filler, meaning this new version is definitely appreciated and a major jump in quality.
